Join me and Thermalist instructor Katarina Giger for a nurturing and immersive weekend retreat in the beautiful mountains of Arosa designed to help you disconnect from the busy-ness of life and to find your center. Activities include vinyasa and yin yoga, ice bathing and sauna, a cacao ceremony, breathwork, as well as guided yoga nidra meditation to the soothing sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls.
All activities are "suggested" for the full experience, but also optional as this is meant to be a soothing escape where you can also find time for you. Outside of the scheduled activities, there will also be down time in the afternoon for you to hike, relax or do as you please...
