Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic
form of yoga linking breath with movement. Classes start with meditation and
breathwork (pranayama) then flow through sun salutations and a variety of
standing and sitting postures, inversions, backbends and savasana, or final
relaxation. A consistent vInyasa practice is highly effective for both building
strength and flexibility as well as for connecting with your breath and your
center.
