Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga linking breath with movement. Classes start with meditation and breathwork (pranayama) then flow through sun salutations and a variety of standing and sitting postures, inversions, backbends and savasana, or final relaxation. A consistent vInyasa practice is highly effective for both building strength and flexibility as well as for connecting with your breath and your center.

I also offer individual private sessions as well as small group sessions.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a meditative and passive type of yoga, comprised of primarily seated and reclined postures which are held for 2-4 minutes. This targets deep tissues including both muscles and fascia and is highly effective for improving range of motion and flexibility. Yin is a very calming and introspective practice that will allow you to connect with your center, release deeply rooted tension and improve flexibility.
