I’m originally from Texas, and have since moved around quite a bit, living in Tokyo, New York, London, Chicago, Miami, São Paulo and am now happily settled outside of Zurich. I love the proximity to the mountains and the easy access to an active outdoors life. I started my career in corporate finance, working crazy hours on Wall Street (perhaps necessitating my later transition to yoga) and obtaining an MBA in finance from the Kellogg School of Management. While I loved my work, I eventually left to happily raise my three boys who have now grown into young men.
I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years, and while I was originally drawn to the physical benefits of a strong yoga practice, the healing mental benefits are what keep me coming back for more. I feel better after yoga. Every. Single. Time. I started with more active practices including ashtanga and vinyasa and have always loved arm balances…. Over time my practice has evolved to also include slower and more introspective practices such as yin yoga, meditation and yoga nidra. I hope to also help you navigate the stresses of daily life while finding your inner warrior and some inner peace.
